So search entire .XLB files and then stores it in some other location. This starts the application and if this process succeeds then try starting the Excel by replacing the XLB files one by one in its original location to identify which XLB file is creating problem.
Similarly you can also check the XLStart folder that is used by MS Excel and then search entire folders that are named as XLStart folder. After excel starts it opens entire files in this folder, after finding then store it some other place. After this excel starts properly in this situation you are required to add the files back in the folder once at a time and also needs to check it by opening and closing the files, in this way you can easily find out the file which is creating the problem. Then simply remove that file from XLStart folder.
